PAUL was founded in 1889 as a family company, developing its company using production methods that have been used for many years and have been passed down to 5 generations. It started when Charlemangne ​​Mayot took over a small bakery in Croix, Northern France. Paul opened his first restaurant in Indonesia on December 2 2013 at Pacific Place. Currently PAUL is growing in Indonesia and has 21 stores spread across Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi Bandung.
