Important Notice: MAP Gift Voucher System Upgrade and Service Disruption from August 1st to 7th, 2024

MAP Gift Voucher will be undergoing a core system upgrade (migration) on Thursday, August 1st – Wednesday, August 7th, 2024.

The following is our service schedule during the migration process:

1. MAP Gift Voucher will be available for purchase through the following MAP group stores:
   mapgiftvoucher.com/where-to-buy till 10 pm local time on Thursday, August 1st, 2024.
   Purchases at MAP Gift Voucher head office (25th floor, Sahid Sudirman Center building) will be available till 3 pm Jakarta time on Friday, August 2nd, 2024.
2. Purchases through mapgiftvoucher.com will be available till Sunday, August 4th, 2024 at 2 pm Jakarta time.
   Kindly arrange your MAP Gift Voucher purchases accordingly to anticipate possible inconveniences that may occur during the distruption of our services.
3. MAP Gift Voucher redemptions will not be available at all MAP group stores from Sunday-Tuesday, 4-6 August 2024.
