EXCHANGE OF OLD EDITION
MAP GIFT VOUCHER
IS EXTENDED TO 31ST JAN 2020
It was announced on August 20th, 2019 by PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (Company) that for MAP Gift Vouchers with specific prefixes (old edition) containing: MAPT, MAPL, M15T, M15L, M16T, M16L, M17T, M17L, M18T, M18L will NOT be valid for redemption from January 1st, 2020 and the Company provided opportunity to the owners to exchange their old edition vouchers with a newly published version before the deadline, December 31st, 2019.
As a follow up to the above initiative and in response to the request of owners of MAP Gift Voucher who haven’t had the opportunity to exchange their old edition vouchers before December 31st, 2019, the Company Management herewith announces a final extension of deadline for exchange as Friday, January 31st, 2020, with the following conditions:
- Old edition MAP Gift Vouchers with prefixes: MAPT, MAPL, M15T, M15L, M16T, M16L, M17T, M17L, M18T, M18L can be EXCHANGED at the Company’s Head Office until Friday, January 31st, 2020 at 5pm. Customer are advised that this is the final extension from the Company and there shall be no more extension of deadline.
- After January 31st , 2020 (final deadline), the old edition MAP Gift Vouchers with the stated prefixes will not be valid for exchange.
- All exchanges will ONLY be carried out at the Company Head office situated at the address : PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, 30th Floor, Sahid Sudirman Center, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 86, Jakarta 10220.
